REGISTRATION
To register your attendance, fill out the Registration Form available on the Conference website: www.xicimfauna.org  and submit to the gmail address above. Pre-registration is at no cost and is completely independent from payment of the registration. This information is crucial to help us better plan this conference.

Note: Persons submitting pre-registration forms before May 31st will benefit from the early registration fees.

Unfortunately we must inform you that we do not have the financial means to fund scholarships or financial aid for attendees. Therefore all those who wish to participate should be able to pay their travel and accommodations.

PRE-REGISTRATION
We remind that the first author of submission must submit a PRE-REGISTRATION FORM. If the first author is not going to present the work: i.e. the first author is not going to register for the event, you need to inform us who is the person in charge of the registered work. ALL payments will be accepted on the day of registration via Credit Card, Linx or Cash in either USD or equivalent TTD. ONLY persons who have submitted Pre-registration forms will be afforded Pre-registration fees.

TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION IN TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO
COPA Airlines has agreed to facilitate Central and South American participants for this conference by offering a 15% discount. See the link on the website for the promotional code (
C5760) when booking tickets. ONLY persons who use this code will be afforded the discount. Other airlines fly to Trinidad and Tobago and these include Caribbean Airlines, American Airlines, Suriname Airways and LIAT.

Although Trinidad and Tobago offers numerous lodging alternatives for visitors, it is advisable to make reservations well in advance, because there are a number of meetings and conferences to be held in the country on the same dates with XICIMFAUNA. Please visit the website to get information and make accommodation reservations at the recommended facility for the conference at the Sir Arthur Lewis Hall of Residence.
This facility offers the following:
Room Block: 310 – 150 single rooms, 80 double rooms
Rate: Single room – US $25 per night
Double room – US $20 per person per night based on two in the room
